2. ضمان الوكيل:

مخصص للمنتجات ذات الضمان المحلي، وتغطيها كفالة من الوكيل الرسمي لمدة تبدأ من سنة وقد تصل إلى أكثر حسب نوع المنتج. تتم المتابعة مباشرة مع الوكيل نيابة عن العميل لضمان حصوله على كامل حقوقه اذا اراد العميل ذلك.
