في شركة الكمبيوتر للتجارة، نحرص على تقديم منتجات عالية الجودة وتجربة تسوق آمنة وموثوقة. لذلك نلتزم بسياسة إرجاع وضمان واضحة وشفافة تحفظ حقوق عملائنا وتضمن رضاهم التام.

أولًا: سياسة الضمان

المنتجات المستوردة (ضمان دولي)

  • جميع المنتجات المستوردة مشمولة بضمان لمدة 3 أشهر من تاريخ الاستلام.
  • يشمل الضمان الإرجاع أو الاستبدال حسب رغبة العميل، وذلك في حال توفر المنتج البديل.

المنتجات ذات الضمان المحلي

  • نلتزم بمتابعة حالة المنتج مع الوكيل المحلي مباشرة نيابة عن العميل.
  • نتعهد بالوقوف إلى جانب العميل حتى يحصل على كامل حقوقه من الوكيل.

متى يحق للعميل الاستفادة من الضمان؟

  • وجود عطل فني أو عيب مصنعي.
  • ظهور عيب في الصناعة بعد الاستخدام الطبيعي.
  • عدم مطابقة المنتج للوصف خلال أول 14 يومًا من تاريخ الاستلام
    (مثال: سعة ذاكرة أقل من المعلن عنها).
  • فشل المنتج في أداء وظيفته الأساسية.

متى لا يشمل الضمان؟

  • الكسر أو الخدش الناتج عن السقوط أو سوء التخزين.
  • التلف بسبب الاستخدام غير الصحيح.
  • فتح الجهاز أو محاولة إصلاحه أو تعديل مكوناته.
  • انتهاء مدة الضمان.
  • تحميل أو استخدام برامج غير معتمدة من الشركة المصنعة.
  • وجود مشكلة برمجية (سوفتوير) من الشركة المصنعة لا تؤثر على الأداء الأساسي للمنتج.

سياسة الإرجاع

الإرجاع بدون سبب

  • يمكن للعميل إرجاع المنتج خلال 30 يومًا من تاريخ الاستلام دون إبداء سبب.
  • يشترط عدم فتح التغليف الأصلي للمنتج.
  • يتم رد المبلغ بنفس وسيلة الدفع بعد استلام المنتج وفحصه.
  • يتحمل العميل رسوم الارجاع

شروط استحقاق الإرجاع

  • أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية.
  • أن يكون التغليف الأصلي غير مفتوح.
  • إرجاع المنتج داخل عبوته الأصلية.
  • إرفاق فاتورة الشراء.
  • الشراء بغرض إعادة البيع قد يحرم العميل من حق الإرجاع.
  • في حال تلف المنتج أثناء الشحن، يجب إبلاغنا خلال 24 ساعة من الاستلام.

طريقة تقديم طلب الإرجاع

يرجى تعبئة نموذج الإرجاع وإرفاق:

  • صورة واضحة للمنتج
  • صورة من الفاتورة
  • رقم الطلب
  • بيانات العميل

سيتم التواصل مع العميل خلال أقل من 24 ساعة لترتيب استلام المنتج عن طريق مندوب أو تسليمه يدويًا في مقر الشركة.

ضمان الإكسسوارات

  • جميع الإكسسوارات المستوردة مشمولة بضمان 3 أشهر يشمل الإرجاع أو الاستبدال (في حال توفر المنتج البديل).

  • All imported products are covered by a 3-month warranty from the date of delivery.

Locally Warranted Products

  • We handle warranty claims directly with the local authorized agent on behalf of the customer.
  • We are committed to supporting the customer until all warranty rights are fully obtained.

When Is the Warranty Applicable?

  • Manufacturing defects or technical malfunctions.
  • Defects appearing after normal use.
  • Product not matching the description within the first 14 days of delivery
    (e.g., lower memory capacity than advertised).
  • Failure to perform the product’s primary function.

Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Damage caused by drops, misuse, or improper storage.
  • Damage due to incorrect use.
  • Opening, repairing, or modifying the product.
  • Expired warranty period.
  • Installation or use of unauthorized software.
  • Manufacturer software issues that do not affect core functionality.

Return Policy

Free Return – No Reason Required

  • Customers may return the product within 30 days of delivery without providing a reason.
  • The product must be sealed and unopened in its original packaging.
  • Refunds are issued using the original payment method after inspection.

Return Eligibility Conditions

  • Product must be in original condition.
  • Original packaging must be unopened.
  • Product must be returned in its original box.
  • Purchase invoice must be included.
  • Purchases intended for resale may not be eligible for return.
  • Shipping damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

How to Request a Return

Please submit a return request including:

  • Clear photo of the product
  • Copy of the invoice
  • Order number
  • Customer details

Our team will contact you within 24 hours to arrange pickup or in-store return.

Accessories Warranty

  • All imported accessories are covered by a 3-month warranty, including return or replacement (subject to availability).
